Fast Downloader supports all file types available on Baidu Netdisk, including documents, media files, compressed archives, and software.
πΈ Is there a limit to the file size I can download?
There is no file size restriction; however, daily traffic limits depend on your subscription plan.
πΈ Can I download multiple files simultaneously?
Yes, Fast Downloader supports downloading multiple files at once, but a maximum of 10 files per folder can be downloaded at a time.
πΈ How does "Fast Downloader Web" work?
Fast Downloader securely parses and transmits files from Baidu Cloud without storing them on our servers.
Caution
Files are not stored on our servers. Use caution and verify file safety independently using VirusTotal. We are not liable for security issues or damages from downloaded files. By using our service, you accept these terms.
π Download & Traffic Management
πΈ Why do multiple downloads start when I click the download button?
If multiple download requests are triggered after clicking the download button:
- Ensure your internet connection is stable to avoid interruptions.
- Our system uses a confirmation mechanism to ensure the download request reaches your device. If your client fails to confirm receipt, the request may be re-sent automatically.
If you experience repeated downloads unexpectedly:
- Try clearing your browser cache and restarting the download.
- If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
πΈ Why is my download speed slow?
- Check your network connection.
- Verify your daily traffic limit has not been exhausted.
- Try reconnecting or restarting the download task.
πΈ What happens if I exceed my daily traffic limit?
- Additional traffic can be purchased through the Traffic Recharge section in your account.
- Upgrade your subscription plan to increase your daily limit.
πΈ Can I resume interrupted downloads?
Yes, downloads can be resumed from where they left off, as long as the Baidu link remains valid.
πΈ Can I schedule downloads for later?
Currently, scheduling downloads is not available, but we plan to support this feature in the future.
πΈ How long are files stored after downloading?
Files are not stored on our servers. They are directly transmitted to your device.

πΈ How do I change my payment method?
- Visit your User Profile and modify payment details within your subscription settings.
πΈ What if my payment fails?
- Ensure your payment details are correct and international transactions are enabled.
- Try an alternative payment method (PayPal, CryptoCloud, or Afdian for RMB payments).

If you encounter installation warnings:
macOS Users
- Open System Preferences β Security & Privacy β General.
- Click "Open Anyway" next to the app warning.
- Confirm with your password.
Windows Users
- Select More Info on the security alert.
- Click "Run Anyway" and proceed.
Linux Users

πΈ Why does my registration show "Please enter your real email address"?
To prevent spam, temporary/disposable emails are not allowed. Please use a valid email address.
πΈ What if I get a "Not enough remaining traffic!" error?
- Ensure your account has enough traffic to download the file.
- Check if your subscription quota is exhausted.
- If needed, purchase extra traffic or upgrade your plan. See Plans & Pricing.
πΈ Why can't I parse a Baidu Netdisk link?
- Verify the validity and expiration of your Baidu link.
- Ensure you are entering the correct extraction code (if applicable).
- If the problem persists, generate a new share link and try again.
